AZSC youth recreational soccer is for all players ages 3 - 13 year of age
and for beginners to those with a great passion for soccer!
Gilbert Fall Season Dates: Starts Sept. 7th - Ends Nov. 2nd, 2013
Registration dates: April 19th - Aug. 31st
8 Saturday games: Bi-week, Saturday October 5th
Mandatory Coaches Meeting: Tuesday August 27th

Early Registration Costs & Dates: April 22 - May 18th
- Cost - U4 - U14 Players: $85.00
- Sibling Discount: $5.00 applied during online registration up to 3rd child
Regular Registration Costs & Dates: May 19th - July 31st
- Cost - U4 - U14 Players: $95.00
- Sibling Discount: $5.00 applied during online registration up to 3rd child
Wait List Registration* Dates & Costs: Thursday August 1st - Saturday Sept. 14th
- Cost - U4 - U14 Players: $100.00 per player

- 4yrs old 2009 - U5 Bracket, Coed
- 5yrs old 2008 - U6 Bracket, Coed
- 6yrs old 2007 - U7 Bracket, Coed
- 7yrs old 2006 - U8 Bracket, Coed
- 8yrs old 2005 - U9 Bracket, (DOB 08/01/04 - 7/31/05) All boys or all girl teams U8-U14
- 9yrs old 2004 - U10 Bracket, (DOB 08/01/03 - 7/31/04) All boys or all girl teams U8-U14
- 10yrs old 2003 - U11 Bracket, (DOB 08/01/02 - 7/31/03) All boys or all girl teams U8-U14
- 11 yrs olds - 13 yr olds, (DOB 08/01/99 - 07/31/02) - U12-U14 Junior High Division, All boys or all girl teams
***AZSC reserves the right to combine age brackets as to create the best playing experience for your children.
Registration fees include the following:
- Full Uniform (Jersey/shorts/socks)
- Referee Fees* (AZSC is proud to provide referees for ALL games/All age brackets! This is an AZSC Difference! )
- Player supplemental Insurance
- Team photo/Individual photo (A $12 Value! Another AZSC Difference!)
- Trophy or Medal
- Registration costs (labor and supplies)
- AZSC Equipment (field goals, paint, shade structure for each team- set up at field)
Where does AZSC play their games for the Fall Season?
- Fall Season: Gilbert @ Discovery Park - 2214 East Pecos Rd - NW Corner of Pecos and Santan Parkway, for ages U4-U14.
- Winter and Spring Season: Gilbert @ Crossroads Park - Greenfield and Knox, between Warner and Ray Roads by Polar Ice, for ages U4-U14.
Coaches and Sibling Discounts: Coaching and Sibling discounts available! Sibling discounts will be automatically applied when registered during Regular Registration period ONLY, under a family account. Coaching discounts to be given out at the coaches’ mandatory pre-season meeting, ONLY.
. Please know that AZSC’s Recreational program continues to grow each season and is always looking for additional parents to step up and coach their child’s team! It is a rewarding experience for both you and your child! Volunteer coach!
Where and when do the teams practice? All team practice days, times and locations are determined by the team’s parent volunteer coach
How do I Register my player?

Now that I have registered my players, what happens next?
Once teams have been formed, all confirmed COACHES will attend a mandatory pre-season coaches meeting approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the season. Coaches will pick up their team uniforms, rosters, schedules and coach pack materials. Coaches will be asked to contact their players within 3-5 days to arrange practice times and locations.

b. U5 + coaches = $20.00

All confirmed coaches will receive an email with meeting & coaches training clinic details.
What do I need for the season?
Shin guards are required for all players. These can be purchased at any sporting goods store. Soccer ball and Cleats are optional, but recommended. Toe cleats/baseball are NOT allowed.
Coach & Friend Requests:
AZSC will do their best to accommodate location, coach and friend requests, but they are NOT guaranteed. All requests will be considered on a first come first serve basis, based on registration date.
Late Registration:
Cost: $95.00/per player**. No sibling discounts available. Does AZSC offer seasonal scholarships? Scholarship applications are available through the AZSC Office and online under the forms/links tab. All scholarships are confidential. Please contact info@arizonasoccerclub.com for more information. In addition, we offer a "field set up and tear down" program in exchange for some registration costs. All applications to be reviewed by the AZSC Board of Directors. Refund Policy
Please remember that AZSC DOES NOT offer refunds. AZSC will do their best to accommodate location, coach and friend requests, but they are NOT guaranteed. Under special circumstances, AZSC will offer a credit for future seasons. Your request for a credit will be reviewed by the AZSC Board of Directors. Refunds may be granted for the following reasons ONLY: medical emergency, relocation from the area, transfer to a Thunder Academy team, or the Club’s inability to place a wait list player on a team. Refunds will NOT be made for: the Club’s inability to satisfy a player’s special team/practice request, deciding not to play; or, cancellation of games due to inclement weather. Late fees will not be refunded and, in all cases, an administrative fee of $25.00 will be deducted from the refund or credit.
