Camp Description- The summer camp will mainly focus on foot skills, complex 1 and 2 movement moves, and ball control from bouncing balls and balls out of the air. We will include fast foot work, change of direction and being able to control the ball using multiple surfaces of the foot into the session. The camp is designed to hit on all aspects of the game in order to build skill sets to compete and thrive in a competitive environment.
Stryker / Keeper camp will focus on correcting the technique of striking and finishing the ball coupled with goalkeeping training. There will be two sets of coaches: one set of coaches for the field players and another set for the goalkeepers. At camp, the coaching staff will fix bad techniques so the player will become more proficient in striking long balls and finishing with proper accuracy and technique. The goalkeeping staff will focus on the angle of approach, technique of falling and the all things necessary to make the save.
